Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned to any of our yards within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. This fee is waived if the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Cut & Custom Items

Cut rebar, special orders, and any made-to-order or custom-cut products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of pickup with a photo and your proof of purchase. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected, typically within 5 business days.
