PRICING

What affects your price?

We don't publish prices — every job is different. But here's what goes into the number when you call.

Bin Size

Larger bins cost more per rental — but the per-tonne cost often drops. If you're filling a 20-yard bin anyway, a 30-yard may cost the same once you factor in a second pickup.

GTA Location

Delivery distance from our Mississauga, Brampton, or Pickering yards affects pricing. Core GTA cities (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan) are standard rate. Outer zones may carry a small surcharge.

Fill Type

Clean materials (concrete-only, clean fill, clean drywall) can be processed for recycling and cost less to dispose of. Mixed renovation waste — multiple material types together — costs more to sort at the transfer station.

FAQ

Common Questions

How do I know what size bin to order?
A 10-yard bin handles a small renovation or garage cleanout. A 20-yard covers a mid-size gut job or deck removal. A 30-40 yard is for full demolitions, roofing jobs, or commercial cleanouts. Use the size selector above, or just call — we'll ask a few questions and size it right.
Can I put concrete in a rental bin?
Yes, but concrete is very heavy — weight limits apply. A bin that's only half full of concrete may already be at its weight limit. Tell us your load when you call and we'll advise on the right bin and weight allowance.
Do I need a permit to place a bin on the street?
In most GTA municipalities, yes — if the bin sits on a public road or boulevard. Bins on private driveways typically don't require a permit. We can advise on the permit process for your city when you call.
Do you offer same-day bin delivery?
Yes. For in-stock bins ordered before 12 PM, we can deliver the same day across most of the GTA. Call to confirm availability for your area.
How long can I keep the bin?
Standard rental is 7 days. Extended rentals are available — let us know your timeline when you call and we'll work around your schedule.
Can I put dirt or soil in a bin?
Clean fill and excavated soil are accepted, but soil is extremely heavy. A standard 10-yard bin has a weight limit — filling it with soil can exceed that limit quickly. Call us and describe your load so we can advise on the right bin size and weight allowance.
What happens to the waste after pickup?
We sort and divert as much as possible from landfill. Clean concrete, metal, and drywall go to recycling facilities. Mixed renovation waste goes to a licensed transfer station for processing.
