Structural Concrete

Engineered placement for multi-storey buildings, transit infrastructure, bridges, and civil structures. Tight tolerances, complex geometry.

Formwork & Shoring

Engineered formwork systems and shoring for deep excavations, urban confined sites, and high-load structural applications.

Reinforcement

Rebar fabrication, placement, and tying to structural drawings. Certified ironworkers. Flat plate, shear walls, mat foundations — CSA A23.1 compliant.

Civil Infrastructure

Underground utilities, culverts, retaining walls, transit station works, and municipal infrastructure. Proven delivery on TTC, Metrolinx, and City of Toronto capital projects.

Does Homecrete do residential concrete work?
No. Homecrete is a B2B concrete and civil infrastructure subcontractor. We work exclusively with general contractors, construction managers, municipalities, and public agencies on ICI and transit projects. We do not take residential driveway, patio, or basement floor contracts.
What size projects do you take on?
We focus on mid-to-large scale civil and ICI subcontracts — transit infrastructure, municipal capital works, multi-storey structural concrete packages, and institutional projects.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. Homecrete carries commercial general liability insurance, professional liability where applicable, and WSIB coverage for all crew. We are available for prequalification on request.
How do I submit a bid package or RFP?
Email [email protected] with your bid documents, project scope, timeline, and GC contact. Include your deadline and we will confirm receipt same day.
Do you self-perform all work?
Yes. We self-perform structural concrete and civil works with our own crews. We do not subcontract our core scope.
